We process and ship orders placed between Monday - Friday (GMT+8). Order placed on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday, major holidays and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following business day.

Import Taxes & Duties

Solide is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes or tariffs resulting from the importation of products into your country. Any possible import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. The customers are responsible for these charges. Please double check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. Send it back within fifteen (15) calendar days of purchase for your refund. No RMA number is needed for the return. Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped, which means new and in the original packaging.

Only products purchased directly from Solide official website (https://www.solide.co/) can be returned for a refund or an exchange. If your product was not purchased on our website, you should contact the seller for returns or exchange.

Please be aware that the shipping fee CANNOT be returned.
